What are the rates for the various services you provide?

BCBS MA, Harvard Pilgrim, Optum, United Healthcare, & Allways Health Partners are the insurances I accept at this time. Updates will be provided if and when I become in network with other insurances. You can also feel free to reach out to me by phone or email to see if your insurance is accepted. Depending on your current insurance provider or employee benefit plan, you may be able to have your sessoins covered in part or in full. Some insurances do require their members to pay a copay, which you would be responsible for at the beginning of each session. Please reach out to your insurance to verify if and how psychotherapy sessions would be covered. If you would like a more customizable approach to your therapeutic journey that isn't guided by the restrictions of the insurance company or you do not have insurance coverage at this time, refer to the pricing below. *Please be aware that Life Coaching is not covered by insurance companies, therefore you would be responsible for the payment of this service Checks, HSA, FSA, and all major credit cards are accepted forms of payment. What if I'm just looking for information about what to expect when pregnant?

If you are curious about the changes you go through physically, emotionally and mentally while pregnant, this is something that we can discuss throughout the therapeutic process. If you are not yet, pregnant but have questions on what to expect or what you should be considering, we can discuss this as well. How often will sessions take place?

The frequency of sessions and the length of time in therapy is dependent on you! Individual and counseling sessions typically occur once a week for 50 minutes. To start off, we will meet on a weekly basis as I go through the process of of learning more about you. As time goes on, we can collaborate on changing the frequency of sessions as you see fit without disrupting the integrity of the therapeutic process. What is your cancellation policy?

I respect and understand that life happens, so I ask that if you have to cancel an appointment, that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. You will be charged a cancellation fee, which is non refundable, if the policy isn't adhered to. This will be processed with the credit card on file that is provided at the start of services. Please note that you will be able to schedule future sessions, but will be expected to follow the policy.

How is your practice handling the impact of COVID 19?

At this time, ALL services are being offered through a HIPPA compliant platform using video for telehealth sessions. Do you provide mental health crisis support?

It's aPARENTly Time does not provide crisis stabilization services. If you are in crisis as evidenced by thoughts to harm yourself or someone else, the desire to act on such thoughts without intervention, if your symptoms are becoming intolerable, or if you feel like your situation is life threatening, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
